Long-Term Lined Pipe Analysis
Long-term lined pipe analysis uses material properties of generic spray liners and cured in place pipe (CIPP) liners from tests conducted at Monash University and through literature.
The analysis takes into account the deterioration in the host pipe (e.g. for cast iron pipes - corrosion causing defects in the host pipe, and asbestos cement pipes – cement leaching causing weakening in the host pipe wall) and deterioration of the liner (based on creep rupture results, hydrostatic design basis results, fatigue results and acceleration deterioration). The testing results are used to determine the service life of the renovated pipe system. The user manual can be found in the following link: User Manual - Lined pipe analysis.
